Taking to commenting on your Substack instead of responding to your email edition. It's exciting to see how you gain wisdom in your reflections and listening to God's word. I'm glad you to used Isa 6 and Jesus' words to remind us that AI and ideology are prime examples of hearing and not understanding.
Here's another deep challenge: many of my believing friends and relatives tell me they don't read anymore (anything! Including the Bible!). They just watch YT, and YT shorts. If they won't spend time in the Word and listening to the Spirit through that word, then they will lack discernment and wisdom. That too is scary. You said it ..."It won't end well."
Sidenote: in years of NT study, I I think that Paul's discussion in Gal. 5 refers to the "fruit" of the spirit and not "fruits". The fruit from the Spirit's work is all 9 of these characteristics... even though the contrasting 'works of the flesh' are plural. What do you think?
